|Recommended: Yes3920 W Angel Ct — We moved in last month and the master bathroom is missing a vent cover and there are issues with the toilet as well. I know there have been company changes and we are patient, but hope it can be fixed soon.

|Recommended: NoIt Is Comfortable. — It's comfortable living, well taken care of, but too many fees are being charged on top of having expensive rent. People should be given the opportunity to pay rent in weekly or bi-weekly installments instead of being charged daily late fees. People let their dogs run around the neighborhood without a leash and there are no consequences. There should be a dog park or fenced backyards. People can choose to do their own lawn care in the backyard if there are fences. People are allowed to stack up trash in the back of their units, which is a nuisance for neighbors.
|Recommended: YesI Love The Town Home Layout And The Location. — I really like the location of the townhome, The homes are well constructed and the rooms are great. We have the three bedroom townhome and it is great for when our kids visit.

Please get someone that is professional and people friendly. And the late fees is ridiculous 100 for a late fee We have NEVER been late until they changed the online services to pay our rent. I was not even a whole day and still was charged 100 for late fees
