This place ROCKS looks Great all the way around, lawns are always maintained with the most Excellent maintenance team and on grounds Staff All of their Team works together adequately quickly get the job s Done in a Very timely and Accurate solvency manner. We are Extremely excited to live in this Townhome area, as it is Safe, Friendly, with a very close water pond and walking trail. All in All- The Best place of renting living we have Ever had in over our 30 years of renting... Major B, Army ret.

|Recommended: YesBest But Need New Rules — Everything is good but when a new pet is being registered atleast we need to review the damage’s that have been missed so later saying my pet has done it. And putting a huge fine that was not even done by my pet.

|Recommended: YesWonderful Townhomes — I think that lakeside townhomes is a great place to stay. Big homes and a nice lake nearby. Also, Nicki is awesome and very sweet

|Recommended: YesAngel Ct — Gets a tad bit loud at times due to main road traffic. Probably a fence asking the property edge would do wonders work that noise.
The mowers also start bright and early seems like 2 or more times a week. Such is understandable in the heat. Just not so much for a 2nd shift worker.
We did have an issue with the a c going out. Took 3 days to get repaired replaced in 100 dg temps. We were roasting inside. It was on a weekend, so I had to call it in and they marked as urgent. They sent regular maintenance out on Sunday and he couldn't do anything. However, ac company came Monday and replaced entire unit. Other than that place has been amazing and def would suggest to anyone looking for a town home.

We apologize for the noise from the main road. Your suggestion of installing a fence along the property edge is valuable, and we will certainly consider it as a potential solution to reduce the noise levels.
Regarding the early morning mowing, we understand that this can be disruptive, especially for those working the second shift. We schedule lawn maintenance early to avoid the heat, but we will explore alternatives to better accommodate all our residents.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your air conditioning unit. We understand how challenging it was, especially in extreme temperatures. We strive to address urgent maintenance issues promptly, and we're sorry that our initial efforts fell short. We're glad the AC unit was replaced quickly once the company was available.
